Having shared the news of our nomination just over a month ago, we are proud to announce that we have been awarded Independent Pharmacy of the Year at this year’s Chemist and Druggist Awards.
We were delighted to be nominated, but to have received the award and to have our efforts on sustainability and a plastic free approach recognised by the judges is an honour. Our success would not have been possible without the support of our staff and customers who have driven us to continually improve our business and ensure we support our local community.
The Independent Pharmacy of the Year Award
The 2021 C+D Awards celebrated the very best in community pharmacies and shone a light on the significant role they have played in their local areas this year. To have been nominated alongside a host of other deserving nominees was a privilege and we were proud to witness the phenomenal work our peers in the industry do.
The Independent Pharmacy of the Year award focused on how we balance the demands of delivering modern, patient-centred health service alongside a strong, positive customer experience that rivals the big high-street retailers. Quality care and excellent customer service has always been central to our business and we are thrilled to have had that acknowledged in receiving the award.
