Turmeric is a bright yellow root plant that has been used for centuries. Curcumin is the main active constituent of turmeric and its absorption is increased by black pepper. Curcumin reduces inflammation in the body and decreases inflammation related pain. Turmeric is beneficial for any inflammatory disease and is particularly beneficial for joint health and conditions such as arthritis and joint injuries. Curcumin also decreases inflammation in the gut and helps to support digestive comfort.
How to use: Take one daily with food. Swallow with water
