Nelsons Arnicare Cream:

How to use Nelsons Arnicare Cream:
Before use first check tube seal is not broken. Pierce tube seal with point in top of cap before use. Apply Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cream to the affected area 4 times a day as required. Do not use more cream that the label/ leaflet tells you to. For external use only.
Nelsons Arnicare Cream contains Arnica Montana. It's a traditional homeopathic remedy cream typically used to treat bruises.
