Chamomile, a member of the daisy family, is native to Europe and western Asia. German chamomile is the most commonly used. The dried and fresh flowers are used medicinally. Chamomile has been used for centuries in Europe as a medicinal plant, mostly for gastrointestinal complaints. This practice continues today.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1-2 ml (approx. 28-56 drops) 3 times a day in a small amount of water.

I personally use it as a sleep aid at nights that I have more trouble to sleep than usual. Those who are looking for a longterm supplement, should probably look for something else.

... it's somewhat "syrupy"; you really don't even need to take it with water. I also don't think you need two dropper-fulls in order for it to take affect ... however everyone is different. I take about 1/2 dropper full and it seems to work fine.

Some of these recommended doses are crazy especially with this chamomile product...less is more with medicinal herbs..other herbs u may get away with a little extra dosage but my best advice if u want to continuously use daily and get benefits keep ur dose extremely low..out of trying many many herbs at different dosages over different times Ive gained this knowledge..stay away from those forum giving herb advice..herbs can b either very beneficial at the right dose or counterproductive if taking too much so please keep low and ur body will thank you for it.
