Directions for use of Nature's Aid PremEeze Agnus Castus 400mg Capsules:
Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: Take one capsule twice a day, morning and night. Swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not chew the capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dose
PremEeze is suitable for anyone over the age of 18, looking for a traditional herbal remedy to relieve premenstrual symptoms.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on hormonal contraceptives such as the pill, implant, injection or Mirena coil, HRT or under the age of 18 you should not use this product.
