Lindens Silica 250mg Capsules are also fortified with biotin, a B Vitamin that contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair, and selenium, a powerful antioxidant that contributes not only to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, but also the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
