My wife has been using this on her spots, and we're not really sure it works, and worse, it might be having an adverse effect on her skin. The cr

After using it, my wife has been getting some irritations on her face with red spots in patches, and it hasn't improved in a few days. She has changed her skincare regimen, so we're not sure it it this that has done it, and she hasn't reacted to other salicylic acid products previously. We've been trialling to see which one is the cause, and this one really seems to be likely, so not only has the spots not subsided from using this, but it could be irritating skin and causing rashes. No price at the time of review, but I have a really big question mark on this. I suppose, even if it's not the cause of skin issues, and I can review this ignoring that until confirmed, but the fact that it doesn't really help against spots makes this unappealing, so it's not something I can recommend, as it simply doesn't have value if it can't do what it's designed for.

I use it on active blemishes as well as mixing a little into my moisturiser as a preventative measure. So far it has worked wonderfully for me. The product is readily absorbed into the skin with a smooth texture that is non-greasy. Overall it's a decent product and worth the price for someone that has struggled to find an anti-blemish solution for their sensitive skin.
