I am applying twice per day and believe it has had a brightening effect on my skin after around four months of use; it's subtle and certainly not an instant impact product, so don't be disheartened if you see no difference after even a few weeks of use. I have tried a few brightening products that are meant to lighten imperfections and this is the first one that seems to have worked, although it is still very much a work in progress.

I normally use a Vitamin C serum in my skincare routine so to be on the safe side, I stopped using it while I've been trying out the Vinoperfect serum. I have sensitive skin and rosacea so I always do a little patch test under my chin and on one cheek then wait for 48 hours to see if there's any reaction. Thankfully I had no irritation or discomfort from the patch test so was happy to try out the Vinoperfect Serum on my entire face.
After cleansing my face, I used the Vinoperfect Serum - the formulation is very liquid and it's easy to dispense the right amount for your face with the dropper, it has a very light and pleasant citrus scent that fades quickly as the product absorbs into your skin. I almost forgot to apply moisturiser as the Vinoperfect serum by itself left my skin feeling extremely soft and pampered.
I've been applying it morning and evening, a little product goes a long way so with two applications a day I'm expecting the 30ml bottle to last me a month, maybe a bit a longer. It's hard to say whether or not the dark spots and hyperpigmentation are fading as the Caudalie website says that results are likely to be seen "after one bottle", so you're going to need to use the product for about a month before you're able to judge whether or not it's having the desired effect.
It's not cheap and you're not going to get immediate effects from any product that fades dark spots or hyperpigmentation so the Caudalie Vinoperfect Serum is something I'd recommend if you're prepared to invest in your skin on a long-term basis.
