The product arrives in a matte cardboard box and is contained in a glass pot. When you've finished the pot, you can buy a refill which helps reduce surplus packaging. The cream has a smooth, silky texture and applies nicely on the skin. It is absorbed quickly, leaving my skin feeling soft.
I haven't been using it long enough to comment on the longer term benefits but it is nice to use, with a luxurious feel.

Firstly, this cream has a refreshing scent; it's like a mix of shea and a fresh herb kind of fragrance that is very pleasant to the nose. I know that many cosmetic brands prefer Shea as it is very rich in fatty acids, meaning it locks in hydration on the skin, which is exactly what this cream does. Upon my first applying it, it definitely did feel like a higher-end cream as its quite thick and the hydration it provided my skin lasted the entire day. That isn't to say it felt heavy or greasy on my skin. On the contrary, the absorption was perfect and while my skin was soft all day, it didn't feel clogged up by the thickness of the cream. And I have combination oily skin, so that would've been an issue for me but thankfully it wasn't.
By around the fifth use, I did notice a difference in texture when compared to other creams I've used, in terms of how it was sitting on my skin. Because this cream feels like it's actually staying on my skin and doing its job, I'd say longer term use would most likely show firming of the skin and less visibility of fine lines. The ingredients listed claim to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, but I imagine this would require months of daily use.
The only drawback would be the price for the tub size. It does come in a 50ml tub which is the standard size for many high end creams, but to justify the price tag you'd really have to stick with this product as your daily cream and stay loyal to it until you've used it long enough to see results.

I have been using this Caudalie Resveratrol-Lift Firming Cashmere Creme for a number of days and I find it to be an impressive product. After cleansing my face, I first apply a serum and then this creme, and I only use it in the morning as directed.
I am really impressed by the fact that this product is one of Caudalie's range of refillable products - rather than buying a whole new tub, you can just buy the refill insert. This significantly reduces waste, especially as the outer tub is fairly bulky for a 50ml product.
Although this product is pitched at a higher price point, you don't need very much of the cream at any one time, so the 50ml will last a fair while. I really like the texture, which Caudalie describes as "cashmere-like" - it certainly feels like a little bit of luxury. I also like the natural fragrance which is pleasant first thing in the morning and not at all overpowering.
The ingredients are gentle and non-irritating, and if you have skin which is reactive to retinol, you will be pleased to read that this has a retinol alternative instead.
Having used this a number of days, I am seeing some improvements to the overall tone of my skin which feels firmer and plumper. The formulation is non-greasy and I have not had any issues at all with reactions to my sometimes sensitive skin.
Overall, this is a great cream that I would recommend to older skin, particularly if, like me, your skin tends to dryness. I have found my skin tone to have improved after regular use, and it's a really easy, pleasant prodcut to apply.

...and price and the cream feels firming and absorbs quite well although not super rapidly. I am using it in the evening only but I am not sure if this would be suitable under makeup because it felt slightly fluid like a lotion to put on at first, as well as a bit rich on my combination skin.
Perhaps it would absorb better on very dry skin. The tub is much bigger than the amount, being a 50 ml cream; however this heavy packaging certainly makes it luxurious if it is meant for a gift.
It's a bit early to say if it will have a major effect on my 45+ skin but it certainly appears a high quality product which hasn't given me any adverse reactions.

Although it has a rather slippery and greasy texture with a semi-absorption, the make-up sits on top of it extraordinarily, it lasts up to 8-10 hours and my skin shines exactly the way I like it, I don't like the matte look, but rather the glossy one. It has a very pleasant, raw, slightly bitter smell of medicinal plants, I feel in the middle of nature, in a field of flowers when I wear it.
The cream comes sealed, in a cute pink plastic container. After about a week and a half of using it, together with the night cream from the same range and the eye contour cream I can say that my skin changes gradually and considerably, it becomes brighter with an even color, with a smooth texture to the touch, exactly as soft as the cashmere is.
I highly recommend to those with sensitive skin with aging tendencies or pigmentation spots, especially in the cold seasons , it works wonders for a good hydration.

I have sensitive skin and have a slight tingling feeling when it is first applied to my face but have had no noticeable negative reactions or blotchiness. My skin feels tighter and looks firmer. I think it is good at protecting the skin in winter months. It has a nice fresh scent, slightly fruity but not overwhelming.
This is a refill pot so only purchase this if you already have the original glass pot as you can't seal this refill once opened and it is desiged to fit into the glass pot. I love this concept!

The product is vegan; the constituent collagen is plant-based; the jar is refillable (although I am not sure how one would facilitate this as there is only one Caudalie shop/clinic in Britain and that is in London - but it's a nice thought); good value for money as a little seems to be going a long way.

The consistency seems thick in the jar but the cream absorbs beautifully and leaves no film, which is important for me as I hate the feeling of oiliness that some creams can leave behind. It also has a lovely natural scent, which is not overpowering.
