...y, I cannot use retinol-like regularly. But, this serum definitely has a similar effect! You can see the lifting and glowing effect as soon as you apply it. It is so soft and calming at the same time. I won't be regret to spend your money on this product.
A quick tip: You need to wait a while before applying a sunscreen or moisturiser (apprx. 5 mins).

... than buying the standard format. You don't have to already have the standard bottle to use this as you can use this tube directly for your morning and evening application. When you break the tip off you can insert the point of the tip into the neck of the tube so the tube doesn't leak and the serum remains fresh.
The serum has a light texture and feels really hydrating on the skin so my normal to dry skin feels refreshed. I like how supple and smooth my skin feels but even with longer term use I'm not sure how effective it is for firming my skin, however it is lovely to use. I recommend using it alongside the Resveratrol-Lift Firming Eye Gel Cream and Resveratrol-Lift Lightweight Firming Cashmere Cream to get best results.

I came across the Caudalie brand only this year when someone sent me some skiincare products for my birthday, and I was instantly hooked. The word �
...39;caudalie' is a term wine lovers will know and it refers to how wine lingers on the palate. The link is that Caudalie uses extracts from grapes and grapevines in its skikncare products, otherwise known as vinotherapy!
This is a French company and one with good ethics, which is something I always check for now. They never include parabens and other synthetics in their products and guarantee 95% of ingredients are natural. This serum is a refill – and any refill option usually offers good news on both cost and packaging. It doesn't hugely matter if you don't have the original bottle to put this in – although being in a (recyclable) aluminium tube, it might get a bit battered around in a cosmetics bag when travelling.
The serum is among the best I've tried. It does have a scent, but it's mild and pleasant and reminiscent of the other Caudalie products I've tried. The serum feels light to apply. It quickly absorbs and has the perfect skin feel of not being sticky, nor overly oily - just hydrating and totally refreshing.
In particular, I wanted to see if this would help with the 'papery' undereye skin I get during the winter months – and I'm thrilled to say it does. After a couple of weeks of daily use, it's really got to work on this problem area for me. While £44 isn't cheap for 30 ml of serum which will likely last me about six weeks, this does offer quality skin care which truly does its work below the skin's surface, offering more than simply moisturisation.

The packaging is a refill for a jar but if you break the tip off you can then use it as a plug. The product itself has a lotion consistency and it absorbs well.
The ingredients are not as clean as I like to be honest, I prefer more natural products.

I didn't feel like the serum settled into my skin that well. At first I think I didn't wait enough time and my subsequent skincare steps would pill forcing me to start from the beginning again. I found waiting longer and using even less helped but this was an annoying discovery. However I did enjoy how my skin looks with the serum on and over time so I'd still recommend it.

I have really enjoyed using this product so far and have noticed a difference in the softness of my skin, definitely looks more youthful. It contains Resveratrol helping with ageing and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. It also contains Hyaluronic acid stimulating natural collagen production, skin elasticity and skin hydration.
