I find the taste very pleasant and the tincture contains powerful herbals such as damiana leaf, siberian ginseng, ashwagandha and shatavari root to support mood, focus, endurance etc. It's always tricky to tell just how well supplements work and I believe you have to attune yourself so that you become present enough in your body to feel these subtle shifts. I also like to set an intention when taking tinctures which may sound a little woowoo to some but if you look at neuroscience there is great benefit in being intentional with your actions. I've really enjoyed this product so far and will continue to incorporate tinctures into my wellbeing regime.
