... u get approximately 45 servings (1/2 pipette) per bottle so a little goes a long way! I find the taste very nice and i also like the fact that this tincture is alcohol free. The tincture contains powerful herbals such as ashwagandha, gotu kola, lemon balm, rosemary and lavender to aid relaxation and support brain function. It is always tricky to tell just how well supplements work and I believe you have to attune yourself so that you become present enough in your body to feel these subtle shifts. I also like to set an intention when taking tinctures which may sound a little woowoo to some but if you look at neuroscience there is great benefit in being intentional with your actions. I've really enjoyed this product so far and will continue to incorporate tinctures into my wellbeing regime.

I am a firm believer that nature provides us with what we really need to stay healthy, mentally and physically. And herbal supplements are superior to pharmaceuticals, because they don’t come with nasty side effects. When I used this the first time, I was braced for a nasty taste. Most herbal supplements are not very pleasant…so I expected the worst. In fact, I almost put it into my protein shake, but I wanted to know what it tastes like. The instructions give you 2 options: squeeze half a vial into a drink, or directly under your tongue. So…I closed my eyes and squeezed it under my tongue. I was very pleasantly surprised; the taste was not bad at all. It has a sweet spicy taste – almost cinnamon & ginger like. It is a strong taste, but not unpleasant at all. This didn’t magically make me happy all the time, in all honesty I am an eternal optimist anyway. So it doesn’t take a lot to make me smile, but I can be moody and irritable as well – I can hear you now “typical female”.
